As a global HR function leader and Franklin Covey facilitator, I create a safe environment where leaders can be their authentic selves and achieve results that reflect in their careers or company P&L. Acting as a mediator, I help people find the answers they need. My passion is creating impactful HR strategies tailored to the needs of small and medium-sized businesses across diverse industries and cultures. Known for my hands-on approach, I am skilled at adapting to change and building high-performing team
directly or through their leaders.
As an HR Lead professional, I possess extensive knowledge of the entire HR cycle and functions, complemented by a broader perspective gained through my experience as a business leader trainer, client partner, and advocate for entrepreneurship mindset. I have successfully worked in diverse industries such as manufacturing, logistics, sales, and Fintech, across different geographies and cultures, including Europe, Africa, and Asia.
