My passion is creating impactful HR strategies tailored to the needs of small and medium-sized businesses across diverse industries and cultures. As an HR Lead professional, I possess extensive knowledge of the entire HR cycle and functions, complemented by a broader perspective gained through my experience as a business leader trainer, client partner, and advocate for entrepreneurship mindset.
